The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Admired NOCC

The NOCC ’officials who went to participate in the Yearly General Assembly of OCA last 8th November 2012, have already come back to Cambodia which brought the good results come with.
Excellency, Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) told that: The OCA admired to the projects of NOCC that has done and implemented well in the new mandate, especially, the Culture and Olympic Education and OCA will control and support all the projects which NOCC requests up.
Excellency Dr. Thon Khon has discussed and given a letter to Prince Sheikh Ahmad Al Fahad Al Sabah, the President of the Olympic Council of Asia, which issued about Cambodia will organize to host the Sea Games after year 2020. Excellency Dr. Thon Khon has requested three things to the OCA: 1- Help and support to the Project of Construction of the New Stadium. 2- Help to constructing of the Sport Training and developing Center. 3- To sending the sport officials to study about the organizing of the big events. These three things that NOCC ‘s requesting were accepted by Prince Sheikh Ahmad Al Fahad Al Sabah, the President of OCA and will accomplish next year.
In the Yearly General Assembly of OCA to be voted to Hanoi City, Vietnam to host the 18th Asian Games for 2019 while Sorabaya City, Indonesia is hosting the Asia Youth Games. Noting that: Vietnam confirmed to all members of OCA, they will charge free for registering of the 18th Asian Games for sport officials and athletes.
